Number the appendices consecutively with the text of the dissertation.
The formatting of the appendices must meet the standards for the rest of the dissertation.
The defense announcement must be sent by your program’s director of graduate studies assistant.
The staff will review your submission and e-mail you about scheduling an examination card appointment with the person who checked your document.
